ANNAPOLIS, MD (October 15, 2012) - Governor Martin O'Malley will hold a press conference today at 12:30 p.m. in the the Governor's Reception Room in Annapolis to discuss the State's recent reduction in it's unemployment insurance tax rate. As a result of the reduction, many Maryland businesses could see as much as a 55 percent reduction in their unemployment insurance tax rate.

Hey now....that's a plan.....triple the unemployment insurance tax rate a few years ago...then cut it in half (for some) and hold a press conference on how great you are....total BS.
