This rescue shelter has totally changed Dorchester County. Working with the Animal Control Shelter other Rescues and a spay/neuter program call Snap they have made their county a NO KILL county. Dorchester has far less money than Wocomico County so I would really like to know why this county can't be the same. Oh that's right maybe it's the caring people there that work very hard to find homes for or send out to other rescues their animals so they don't have to kill them. Some of it is their community is in full support of them unlike here where the HS hides everything from the public. Or it could be they actually have a board that gets involved and helps the animals.
