some situations exempt certain historic district property applications from the
requirement to advertise in a newspaper of local circulation

 Ordinance No. 2222 - 1st reading - approving an amendment of the FY13 General Fund budget to appropriate funds to cover the Police Department consulting costs for warrant service by the Maryland State Police incurred in FY 12
 Ordinance No. 2223 - 1st reading – FY12 General Obligation Bond issuance ($6,050,000) for the Caustic Chemical Feed Building (Water Fund), Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade (Sewer Fund) and costs of issuance
 Ordinance No. 2224 - 1st reading – approving a budget amendment of the FY13 Fire Department budget to transfer a portion of the funds received pursuant to the sale of the old Marine 1 Vessel, a City owned asset, to the Fire Department operating budget to cover expenses for radio system upgrades needed to comply with the narrowband mandate promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
 Ordinance No. 2225 - 1st reading – to amend the Fiscal Year 2013 budget to address an anticipated shortfall in the grass cutting account

HOLY FREAKIN COW! Look at all the
meetings the council has had with
minutes to approve.

What the heck is Ireton whining about
this council for? It looks like he's
just been loading them up and they have been busting their butts.

With all the PIA he is to them, I bet
it takes them twice as long to get
anything done too.
