Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) released a new scathing campaign ad Thursday, slamming Democrats for striking all mentions of “God” from their official platform during the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte this week. The ad features footage of DNC delegates enthusiastically voting not to include “God” in the 2012 Democratic platform.
“Three times they said no to God,” the ad states.
The ad begins with former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland saying, “I am here to attest and affirm that our faith and belief in God is central to the American story and informs the values we‘ve expressed in our party’s platform.”

Obama got his post convention bump and is slightly more ahead of Romney at .3% now in latest polls. Even with these new numbers obama is only leading by a third of a full percentage point.
Sick, just sick.
percentage points don't matter where it looks like he's headed.
I hope this issue sends obamie packing.
Maybe he will get hit by lightning!
It was clear that those in favor or re-adding God didn't have a 2/3 majority (none of the 3 times) as is required to pass the vote but they passed it anyway. The vote sounded pretty much 50/50.
I wonder how those whose voices were dismissed feel about that and the fact that it was shoved down their throats anyway?
It reminds me of Obamacare and the more than 50% of the people who are against it how it was shoved down our throats anyway.
I would bet money that those who were in favor of excluding God out of the democratic platform are the ones who are in favor of Obamacare.
Now they know the feeling.
I heard more line 60/40 nays three times with my own ears! The majority said No to God 3 times!
I hope this brings the hispanic vote to zero for Obummer.
Interestingly enough I heard some interviews with folks down there saying how tolerant they were of all people EXCEPT those rednecks with one tooth to brush, tea partiers, conservatives, and basically anyone who dared to disagree with them.
What hypocrits. Forget about dissenting voices.
