Cactus Taverna has the best grilled salmon I've ever tasted. And their blackened salmon sushi style, while not on the menu and available only by request, is wonderful, melts in your mouth.
When Goin' Nut's opened up, there weren't that many good restaurants in Salisbury. They've had a good run but there are so many places to eat in Salisbury now, that's there's not enough business to go around and I would expect some others to go under unless they have a strong bank roll in this economy. Very tough business especially in these times.

Cactus Taverna's Salmon Veracruz is delicious.
Vinny's LaRoma serves a spectacular Tuna (served on a bed of spinach, served with angel hair pasta. I have it almost every time I go there...
Dont know, have not been in a restaurant in over six years.
I'd like to know a restaurant that sells wild caught USA tuna and salmon and not the "farmed" chemical fed junk from some 3rd world country.
Cactus Taverna
Try the salmon at Goin Nuts... outstanding
It's sure not Brew River....unless you like SYSCO salmon. If it's not SYSCO, you won't find it at Brew River. Nice dry frozen Salmon from Pocomoke.

Red Lobster used to have a blackened salmon that was awesome
Just heard Goin Nuts is for sale. The business itself not the property.
