Big Brother Is Watching You

In an interview with Current TV on Monday, former NSA senior official Thomas Drake revealed that the NSA is not just monitoring international phone calls and emails as its been given the authority to do, but also domestic calls and emails. As Drake said, "a key decision [was] made shortly after 9/11, which began to rapidly turn the United States of America into the equivalent of a foreign nation for dragnet blanket electronic surveillance." Drake admitted that data is being collected on virtually "the entire country" and then being inserted into a computer algorithm to pick out suspicious chatter. It's been long speculated – and even known – that the government was abusing its powers and spying on innocent Americans during the Bush administration. Unfortunately, since the whole nation has been whipped into a fear of terrorism, not many seem to have the courage to speak truth to power.

My yahoo email was so slow I think they were reading mine for a week or so. It has now cleared up and running much faster.

12:10-My email was really slow as well.If I proceeded to state just how many ways our privacy could be compromised the local response would be one of skepticizm.Your flat screen tv that we have been forced into getting, your cell phone and home phone, radio, video games, hearing aids, automobiles, computers, various toys, car keys and certain lighting fixtures just to name a very few ways of accessing your private life.Scary as heck, but unless you live in a cave it's unavoidable.

I hear ya and am aware of a few of the ways they 'get inside' our lives.

Hard to prove and even if you did, not much, if anything, would be done about it.

If he can assassinate an american citizen in a foreign land simply because he says he is a terrorist, what chance do we have?

Peaceful and legally I mean.

Number one that takes too long. And number two, they would change the law or twist it enough that you are in the wrong.

And, I'm not so sure he isn't behind some other accidental deaths of certain people.

Our government is not 'ours'.

They give us that illusion every few years but nothing will stop their agendas.

They will never stop what they are doing, until 'we the people' stop them.

And it won't be through the courts or sitting on their lawn singing cum ba la, or whatever the name of song is.

They only way they will be stopped is by armed revolt.

They know this. That's why they continually attack the 2nd amendment, make it difficult for citizens to obtain weapons, and continually try to find ways to ban, take and/or limit ownership of weapons.

Police shooting and killing unarmed civilians is becoming common. Little, if any, punishment is dealt to the officer(s) involved.

Some may call me a crackpot, nut, or anything else they wish.

Just mark my words, open your eyes and look around and just wait a little while longer.

If people reading this do not own a firearm, I strongly suggest you acquire one. You will be needing it soon.

Peace.

Also, you should have at least one un-registered.

If they know who has weapons, they know who to go after to take them.
