Looked kinda like a Wicomico County Sheriff unmarked car heading to Chick-Fil-A for his lunch!
That's what happens at intersections if you don't look both ways even if you got the green light.
My first thought it was an off duty police officer.

60+ in a 40 zone, wet streets, not even close to making the light. Was someone on a cellphone, maybe?
Throw in a DUI.
