Police say a member of the Air National Guard fell to his death this
morning off a seventh floor hotel balcony near BWI-Marshall Airport.
Police say the
26-year-old had just returned to the United States from an overseas
deployment, and he was staying at the Embassy Suites on Concourse Drive
in Linthicum.
Police say at
around 1 a.m. today, witnesses saw the Airman climbing over the balcony
and hanging onto a railing. Minutes later the Airman fell to the ground
level of the "atrium" lobby of the hotel.
