Incident: Fugitive Arrest

Suspect: Christopher Michael Rains, 37, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 1 July 2012 at 12:18 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office located Christopher Michael Rains in the 300 block of Poplar Hill Avenue in Salisbury. Rains was being sought on an open warrant that had been issued on 28 June 2012 after Rains violated his probation in a Third Degree Sex Offense Case.

The deputy took Rains into custody and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and detained in the Detention Center without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Suspect: James Decarb Brown, 42, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 1 July 2012 at 6:36 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office located James Brown of Salisbury at a residence in the 300 block of Bi-State Blvd in Delmar. Brown was being sought on an open warrant after Brown failed to appear for a traffic case in the Circuit Court of Wicomico County.

The deputy took Brown into custody and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and detained in the Detention Center without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.
