SOLD/UNDER CONTRACT

Parker Place is under contract and is expecting to close this week. No one knows what the new owners want to do with it so time will tell.

It's a beautiful building! Hope something comes to help the plaza. We need another antique flea market like Feldman's.

No, it would be a very nice bar/restaurant.

We dont need more businesses that stalemate the local economy.

1258-Yes, because bars/restaurants provide such a boost to the local economy lol.

Gorgeous building.

Better yet something that creates jobs but does not depend on the local economy to do so.
Something along the lines of corporate office of a MD company, like Royal Farms or some other company.

Let's put a Hooters in there and Mayor Jim would go often for carry out. Oh and by the way Jim, the fries are French.

Its much better than an antique shop that will employ maybe 5 people.

People spend money on alcohol and food.
