Salisbury and O’Brien & Gere Settle Wastewater Treatment Plant Suit
The City of Salisbury and O’Brien & Gere announced today that they have settled the lawsuit relating to the role the company played in the upgrade of the local wastewater treatment plant.
Last month, representatives from O’Brien & Gere and the City participated in a mediation session aimed at resolving the dispute. Their efforts resulted in a settlement of $10 million dollars for the City.
The settlement also states that there is no admission of fault by O’Brien & Gere. The City states that it plans to continue

Who pays out 10 million dollars if there not at fault. Not an insurance company I'm pretty sure.
