A strange smell is taking over the Inner Harbor. Now, an environment group think it’s pinpointed the cause.
The problem isn’t only in the air, it’s also in the water.
The Inner Harbor overpowered by an abundance of trash, dead fish and an overwhelming odor.
“We woke up in the morning and we smelled sewage,” one Baltimore resident said.

Easy answer. O'Malley just walked thru.
If you dump sewage into the Harbor I bet it will smell like sewage.
The inner harbor has always had a particular stench to it.
It's in Baltimore , what do you expect?
Inner Harbor looks nice but smells like dump... Salisbury Marina looks like a dump and smells like a dump
No, it's the environmentalists that stink!
Punish the farmers, right. Inner Harbor's pollution goes to the Bay, but it's the farmers who must be punished.
Western Shore scum, and I ain't talking about the Inner Harbor!

I have to agree with you even though I grew up on the western shore. I still have family in many of the counties up there. When we visit all you see is all the nice trimmed yards and lush lawns. That all comes from them fertilizing their lawn several times a year. Now I know farmers own more land than a typical home owner but there are millions of them against the few farms left on the western shore and here also.
