What part of punishment does this country NOT get? Screw this just put cell phone hammers throughout prison, country club.
Oh crap...why would they have a cell phone anyway? I don't think the U.S. Constitution provides a cell phone for prisoners. And you don't need a federal grant to get them out. That is just another way for the Maryland government to steal money from the U.S. taxpayers. Here's a thought...lets make the Maryland lawmakers spend 1 day a week searching prison cells for and removing cell phones. At least they would be paid for doing something constructive.
Air Condition cells, Satellite TV, Dietitian assigned to you, free medical and dental care with vision should you want this, excellent gymnasium to build your self up to take on citizens when you are released.... I think cell phones can be stopped!
