Mobile police need your help to catch a mob that beat Matthew Owens so badly that he's in critical condition.
According to police, Owens fussed at some kids playing basketball in the middle of Delmar Drive about 8:30 Saturday night. They say the kids left and a group of adults returned, armed with everything but the kitchen sink.
Police tell News 5 the suspects used chairs, pipes and paint cans to beat Owens.
Owens' sister, Ashley Parker, saw the attack. "It was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed." Parker says 20 people, all African American, attacked her brother on the front porch of his home, using "brass buckles, paint cans and anything they could get their hands on."
Police will only say "multiple people" are involved.
What Parker says happened next could make the fallout from the brutal beating even worse. As the attackers walked away, leaving Owen bleeding on the ground, Parker says one of them said "Now thats justice for Trayvon." Trayvon Martin is the unarmed teenager police say was shot and killed February 26 by neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman in Samford, Florida.

Now THAT is a hate crime. If that keeps up there will just be a lot more Trayvons in this world. Those thugs will sooner or later run into another Zimmerman, smart enough to be armed himself.
Lets get it started. Bottom line the welfare debt will fall in half in a matter of days.
If this kind of thing happens around here there will be fight back time. I hope it doesn't happen because I know a bunch of people that are prepared to stand our ground!

Yeah beating someone up, who had absolutely nothing to do with the Martin incident is real justice for Trayvon all right.
This no doubt came from an offspring of a crackhead Baby Momma and an unknown Baby Daddy.
We truly need a spay/neuter program for humans!
Sounds like they need to start giving accountability and responsibility tests to people before they can become a parent. Think of the money we would save!
Better yet, just legalize concealed weapon permits, FED court already ruled MD's ban unconstitutional.
Let's get some justice for Owens and see how well that works out in the media.

Everytime I walk through the Park I pray that one or more of those monkees attempts to gain revenge for "Trayvon" by jumping me. Oh my oh my....there will be justice for George!

That guy saw 20 black men (I'm sure they were approaching completely silent) coming towards him and he just sat there? LOL! A Darwin candidate. Might have been 20 when they stepped on the lawn, but SHOULD have been down to about 2-3 by the time they reached the porch. And his sister WATCHED this and didn't open up with a .12 gauge? Thats what you call "target-rich environment". Tough guys, 20 against one. Typical, though. I'll bet if he survives, he'll become a gun enthusiast....
