BRIEF RESUME:

On the above date and time, Troopers from the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack were dispatched to the above location for the report of malicious destruction of property. Upon arrival, contact was made with multiple victims who advised that they observed the suspect, Ambrose Junior Bishop 2nd, use a hammer to shatter out numerous windows of the victims vehicles. The victims also observed Bishop to reach into one of the vehicles and steal a Wicomico County Board of Education ID badge. One of the vehicles that were damaged belonged to the Somerset County Commissioners Office. Bishop was later located at his residence at 201 Dykes Road, Salisbury, MD. Bishop was arrested and transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center to go before a district court commissioner.

1. Ambrose Junior Bishop 2nd, B/M age 46 of Salisbury, Maryland
