It's always the cumulative effect of all the "small stuff" that eventually adds up to the "big stuff"!!

IF they follow-through on this, and start implementing REAL reforms on the attitudes of those who are in charge of the run-away spending of gov't operations, you wouldn't need to deal with the big stuff ....
