WASHINGTON - A 29-year-old Moroccan man was arrested Friday near the U.S. Capitol as he was planning to detonate what he thought was a suicide vest, given to him by FBI undercover operatives, said police and government officials.

They FBI new at least a year ago he was here illegally. Why was he not apprehended and deported then?

So, they could set him up and frame him for a false flag terror publicity stunt for the stupid to justify the value of anti terror laws and organizations.
It's easy to bust a terror plot when you design it.
