Awesome Amendment To "Personhood": The "Spilled Semen" Clause

A brilliant Democrat in Oklahoma has tagged an amendment onto her state’s proposed Personhood law, making sure that the government doesn’t just intrude into women’s reproductive lives, but men’s as well:

Oklahoma State Senator Constance Johnson, a Democrat, has offered an amendment to the “personhood” bill pending in the state legislature. The pending bill, if passed, would declare that “the unborn child at every stage of development (has) all the rights, privileges, and immunities available to other persons, citizens, and residents of this state.”

Johnson writes that “the Personhood bill would potentially allow governmental intrusion into families’ personal lives by policing what happens to a woman’s eggs without any similar thought to what happens to a man’s sperm.” Her amendment reads:

“provided, however, any action in which a man ejaculates or otherwise deposits semen anywhere but in a woman’s vagina shall be interpreted and construed as an action against an unborn child.”

So, according to her, a typical young man is guilty of several million abortions weekly?
Child abandonment? Drowning?
Do my sperm have civil rights now?
Will the strong swimmers have to pay for the welfare and assistance of the weak swimmers?

So this dumbocrat has placed an ammendment into this bill that would outlaw male queer pratices.
Works for me!

I bet the dumbocrat can spell amendment as well as practices. And of course she is only talking about gay sex. I heard you were your own best friend. How's that working for you?

Does this mean that if I have sex in Arizona I must have a atate employee present to make sure we don't break the law? Or will they do random checks, maybe even fill out a form for when and where I have sex so they can check to be sure the law is followed?
