Incident: Burglary / Assault

Narrative: On 9 January 2012 at 10:33 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported altercation occurring inside a residence in the 26000 block of Manchester Court.

Upon arrival the deputy met with a male subject who told the deputy that his ex-girlfriend, Whitney Tyndall, entered his residence uninvited through an unlocked door, woke him up and began arguing with him. During this altercation, Tyndall allegedly grabbed a glass candle holder and threw it at the victim, striking him in the face. The deputy saw signs of injury on the victim consistent with his account.

The deputy placed Tyndall under arrest for this incident and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Tyndall in the Detention Center in lieu of $25,000.00 bond.
