NYC Hospital Mistakenly Bills Patient For $44M

NEW YORK - Patients of a New York City hospital are getting billed for tens of millions of dollars because of a computer error.
Unemployed doorman Alexis Rodriguez says he almost became ill when he received a $44.8 million bill from the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center.

$44.8 million sounds like a reasonable charge for a disease as complicated as pneumonia. I mean, how many people can even spell it? The harder a disease is to spell, the more the doctor should charge for it.

Awww so it's a little mistake. Pipe down and pay the mill. We have a payment plan.... dollar a year for 44 million years!
