Md. To Reconsider Zero-Tolerance Policy Toward Conduct Violations In Schools

BALTIMORE (WJZ)– The state’s zero-tolerance policy at schools may be doing more harm than good. Now, some school leaders are calling for some sweeping changes.

Start a petion Joe to get School VOUCHERS on the BALLOT Its what we need to rein in this madness. The BOE state county will scream bloody murder if we do it becuase the scam will be put to rest...but it is what we need and need NOW

just say yes to vouchers. choice is needed in education. why don't we have choice now? it is the parents responsibility to educate their children; not the "education association" or "government schools". wake up. you only have one chance to educate your child. you won't get a "redo".

Suspensions will be reduced by ignoring the behaviors and behavior issues will be left in the classrooms for other to deal with. The good kids will suffer more than they do now. I think an alternative school is needed and parents need to be held accountable for their kids behavior. They think test scores are low now wait until the teacher is trying to control a few eventually the others will be left behind.
