The discussion with Dave Ryan will consist of Ryan telling them how wonderful he is and them telling him how they don't have any money nor incentives.
Same old, same old.
The Council is now an expert on traffic engineering? Thats funny! So the tax payers spent a couple hundred thousand dollars on a traffic study and the Council has gone back on a legal recorded document, a public works agreement. How much will that cost in new legal fees when the City gets sued... AGAIN
