Onyango Obama was freed from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody on Thursday under an order of supervision, according to a statement Friday from Brian P. Hale, director of public affairs for ICE. He will be required to check in regularly with immigration authorities, Hale said.

He's supposed to "check in" every once in a while??? Oh NO!!! THAT'S got to scare the bejeezus out of him. Because all the other laws he's flaunted so far have had such a powerful, deterrent effect on him. So, obamas aunt is an illegal immigrant still living, after 12 years, on welfare and in public housing (also an illegal immigrant), and now his uncle is caught being in the country illegally, too? No wonder obama is so easy on illegal immigration. He's end up doubling the population of Kenya if he sent just HIS side of the family back to where they should be sent.
