DATE & TIME: 8/18/2010 at 00429 hours C C. CARD NUMBER: 11-54-005477

LOCATION: W/B U.S. Rt. 50 & Hobbs Road, Salisbury, Md

BRIEF RESUME:
On the above date and time, Troopers from the Salisbury Barrack responded to a broadcast of a possible intoxicated driver. Troopers stopped a 2001 Toyota for traffic violations and determined that the driver, later identified as Abdullin was operating while impaired by alcohol. Abdullin had her 4 year old daughter in the car at the time of the stop. It was also learned that Abdullin was just released from the Berlin Barrack after being arrested for driving while impaired by alcohol at 0130 hours. Abdullin was released from the Berlin Barrack to a sober driver. Apparently Abdullin’s sober driver transported her back to her vehicle and allowed her to drive away. Charges will be pending against that person. Abdullin was placed under arrest and transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center after refusing her 2nd breath test.

Arrested:
1. Ann Marie Abdullin age 23 of Salisbury Md.

The suspect was charged with: Driving while impaired, driving under the influence, operating motor vehicle within 12 hours of being arrested for d.u.i. Negligent driving and other minor traffic charges.

She'll get away with it. I have a family member who got away with it... 6 months probation. And in their case it was under the influence of alcohol AND drugs (8 charges). And they have a court history as long as my arm of some pretty violent offenses. Social services was not notified by authorities, but by another family member, and they did not see any reason to intervene. What a joke!

Nice parental responsibility. There's probably no father in the picture either. That poor child will have a long road ahead of her growing up with that kind of mother!
