Why in the world does Ollies not have A/C. It is so miserably hot in there. Plus they sell food, you would think anything chocolate would MELT.

I guess for the same reason the Government Building doesn't.
My guess would be union contracts. My wife knows someone who works there and they told her a couple weeks ago that the company contracted to repair the a/c wouldn't be there until middle of July.
Why don't you ask Ollies instead of the misfits on this blog?

Was in there last Friday and it was Miserable. Heard they aren't getting any AC until August. I will not go back until they do have it. I bought Chocolate and it was very soft.
And the poor elderly people that were shopping in there. Bad enough it was hot outside, its hard on folk like them.
Why does a junk shop need air conditioning.
Because they installed AC units from Ollies?
Oh good grief the world has gone to hell and your complaining about A/C in a scratch and dent store.
