The special meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. immediately preceding the scheduled City Council work session.
§SC2-4 of the Salisbury City Charter, a majority of the City Council have called for a Special Meeting to be held on Monday, May 16, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. to authorize staff to lock in advantageous electric rates with the current provider and to authorize the Mayor, Council President and Director of Internal Services to sign the contract for locking in those rates for up to two additional years.
