The Democratic governor is set to sign the bill Tuesday in Annapolis.
The measure would allow illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition rates at public colleges if they complete two years at a community college. Students also will have to show that their parents or legal guardian have paid state income taxes.
Republican opponents are leading a petition drive to give voters a chance to overturn the legislation. They have until May 31 to submit a third of the 55,700 signatures needed to put the measure on next year's ballot. The rest are due June 30.
O'Malley also plans to sign legislation Tuesday to create a prescription drug monitoring program.

Where do I sign this petition? How can our governor, who's sworn to uphold the law, sign legislation to allow ILLEGAL aliens to do anything? The only thing he should be signing is deportation papers.
Uh...doesn't illegal mean anything anymore? So it's safe to say I could race my car up and down the street, without any issues from law enforcement, because it's illegal. They know-we know its all about the votes, and we are too stupid to do anything about it. Folks, our way of life coming to an end. Prepare yourself!

The problem is the word "Illegal" means new Democrat voters to the liberals. They don't care if they destroy America as long as they get what they want.
We need to change the definition of "Illegal" to something these stupid politicians understand. Now Obammy wants to pass the Dream Act so all Illegals become citizens. What happens to the people who became citizens the proper way. Are they going to get reparations for their time and money spent to become a citizen. Why dont we just make Mexico the 51st state in this country. That way they can have free health care, unemployment benefits, college tuition help and welfare. Maybe the can get federal jobs and help drown this country even more. This is such BS it infuriates me.

I signed the petition Saturday at Springfest. I agree that those who voted for this should be remembered the next time they come up for election. If this keeps up the illegals will have more rights then citizens who were born here.
The Democrats need the votes people.
