Jenny Craig Beats Out Weight Watchers For Top Spot In Consumer Reports Health Ratings

Our more body-conscious colleagues over at Consumer Reports Health have just released their ratings for a variety of diet programs and have rated Jenny Craig the highest, far ahead of runner-up Weight Watchers.

The part about them funding the study and that their foods were used with the control group makes this a little too biased for me. I'm not a big fan of weight loss programs that use pre-packaged foods without intense education on how to transition to grocery foods when you try to sustain the weight loss.

What most people don't understand about these types of programs is, once you do this, you need to be prepared to do this for the rest of your life!
Lifestyle change! That is the ONLY way to lose the weight and keep it off!
Once you do a program like this to lose the weight and then go back to eating "normal" food, your body will want more and more of it and the next thing you know, you've gained 50lbs.
Portion control, moderation and exercise. Those are the only 3 things you need to lose weight and keep it off!
If you apply these three things, you can eat anything you want to eat as long as these rules apply!
