I am a former Salisbury resident, and I now live in Virginia near the NC border. Having been in a "Southern" dealership, I can categorically say that that representation shown here is 100% accurate! LOL It is doublely true if you live in Lynchburg, VA, home of the late Jerry Falwell.... Thanks for the laugh, Joe

Making fun of christians has always been popular but try that with muslims.

2:59, I am a staunch Christian, and when I saw this, I didn't see it as making fun of Christians at all! It is more making fun of the South. Yes, there is a PERCEPTION that people in the South are "more religious," but living in the South, I can tell you that I don't really see a huge difference between here and there. Having said that though, I do have to say that there are 4 colleges in the area that I live in that have relgious affiliations--Randolph College (formerly Randolph-Macon Women's College), Lynchburg College, Liberty University (begun by the late Jerry Falwell), and Sweet Briar. Religion plays a huge part in life, but when I saw this, I looked at it more as poking fun at how "silly" the South is in the way they dramatize things. Was it right for them to use religion? Maybe not. What would you say if they had shotgun-toting, Confederate flag-waving "rednecks?" Would that have been an acceptable substitute?

Signed,
