Date of Incident: 14 October 2010 - 5 February 2011
Location: Wicomico County
Suspects: 1. Sean A. Robinson, 18, Salisbury, MD
2. William Christopher Parsons, 18, Milford, DE
3. Male Juvenile, 17, Salisbury, MD
4. Male Juvenile, 15, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: From 14 October 2010 through 5 February 2011, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office investigated multiple incidents of vandalism in Wicomico County, many of them primarily in the Pemberton Drive and Nanticoke Road area. During these incidents, which all occurred during night time hours, county street signs were either damaged or stolen, mailboxes were either damaged or stolen and vehicles were either spray painted or had their glass broken out.
On 28 January 2011, these incidents escalated when the perpetrators began targeting moving vehicles on Pemberton Drive. In one of these incidents, a moving vehicle had its windshield shattered while the vehicle was in motion. It was on 5 February 2011 at 1:30 AM, when one of these incidents occurred and the operator immediately contacted law enforcement and deputies saturated the area and located the vehicle involved in a neighborhood on Nanticoke Road. When the deputy tried to stop the two subjects for an interview, they both ran but the deputy managed to detain Sean Robinson, along with a juvenile who was with him. The deputy recovered a baseball bat along with the tops to spray paint cans from their vehicle. During the ensuing investigation, the deputy was able to conclusively link these two subjects to the rash of vandalisms that had occurred over the last few months. Also, the deputy identified William Parsons and an additional juvenile as involved with this vandalism spree.
Robinson and Parsons were both charged on 20 February and 8 March respectively. After an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner, Robinson was detained on $250,000.00 bond while Parsons was held on $300,000.00 bond. The two juveniles had their charges referred to the Department of Juvenile Services for adjudication.
The investigation revealed the following property damaged or stolen:

I am glad they finely got you guys, you have made me replace two mailbox's and that's not FUN!
Please judge, don't nol pros or drop charges for their cases. If found guilty, please make them pay for all of the damages. Or, if they can't find jobs make them work the hours at the local land fill or other community service jobs until twice the damage amount would be paid. Also anger managment classes, drug testing and maybe driver license suspension.
I can't imagine what this has cost the taxpayers. I hope they are put
in jail until they learn how to rebuild signs and mailboxes. With their stupidty it would probably take ten years.
but they were just boys being boys!
that's what a sheriff's deputy told me years ago when we had a rash of these incidences.
This stuff needs to be dealt with harshly before someone ends up in the hospital or the morgue. Unless of course it's the perps who end up there. Then the parents will come tell us how they were honor students!
throw the book at em!
wait for it, here is comes...
But these kids have nothing to do, they are bored, they need more free activities to keep them busy and out of trouble. lol!
Please jugde, do not slap them on the wrist, throw the damn book at them. Make them an example of consequences. Show others through your punishment that this won't be tolerated anymore.
Did you know that in MD, if you steal, alter or vandalize a stop sign and there is a fatal accident as a result of said action that you can be charged with murder? MURDER, not man slaughter or involuntary manslaughter, MURDER! You could call these kid lucky that they got caught before there was a true tragedy. Slap it to them judge!
I'll bet they were great students, too, with both parents actively involved in their lives.
Smallsbury - I totally agree with you- there was a story out of Florida where kids stole a stop sign and cause the death of 3 teenagers. This boys need to be made an example of !!!!!
i live off of white cove and my neighbor recently no longer had driveway lights. it looked like vandalism, but since the owners are not there, it probably was not reported.
anyone know what vehicle they were driving in??????????
ps: where did they get the gas money to drive to all these streets?
What's the Milford kid doing all the way in Salisbury?
Wonder if these are the punks who spray painted one of our vehicles?
Happened on East Elizabeth Street in Delmar back in December and grey paint was used.
I understand that these guys should be punished severely, but really $250,000 and $300,000 bonds ? For destroyiing signs? Most murderers on the shore do not even get bonds that large. Its absolutely ridiculous that this is what our justice system find haneous, when I read about people being robbed and shot every other day in Salisbury. Like I said before, glad they received punishment for the crimes they have committed, but that bond amount is absolutely ridiculous.
***We need PUBLIC Caining like they do in other countries***
11:04 ok so how about we let them destroy what you have. And maybe let your family get killed because someone went through an intersection where a stop sign was taken down and t-boned your car.
sure it's nothing. that's the problem, it's a crime and little crimes add up to bigger crimes! 0 tolerance for punks like these!
yes these boys do deserve a punshment for there bad actions. But we all make bad choice in life and its not so nice to judge people if you dont even no them personally.
