It's about time someone looked at Top Managers and Senior Executive pay. That's were all the money is. The States can save a lot of money if Top Managers and Senior Executive pays were cut. OR
If they refuse to except a pay cut, they should face furloughs, layoff's or terminations. It's about darn time.
