Tier 1 is the lowest tier. Tier 3 is actually the worse but no matter what, if you're tiered, they should know where you are!
Tier 1 could be indecent exposure which could be Pissing in public. Tier 1 is LOW RISK.
Just think if these laws were around 20 or so years ago?? How many of you would be on there???
If you truly knew how easy it is to get on The Registry thinking some of you would be scared!!! cause it dont take much anymore.
Maybe they should register drunk drivers. Anyone who blows 0.08 could join in the fun. That would or could be alot of people. If you weigh 110 that is like 3 drinks. Bet that register would blow away the Sex Offender registry. Can you even imagine how many thousands of people would be on there??? I could probably name a few in Annapolis who would be. Shoot there would be cops on there to cause seen plenty of them downing them. Oh what fun it could be.
