As Gov. Martin O’Malley testifies at hearings in Annapolis, he often has his trusty three-ring binder in one hand and a plastic bottle of water in the other. I thought we were all suppose to stop drinking soda. And with all those bad septic sytems we have according to O'mally what are we going to be able to drink. State regulated kool-aid I guess.
It is odd that governments literally pay millions of dollars for municipal water plants and then use bottled water.
