Let us not forget that pesky homeless problem. The numbers are way down. The others froze to death.Way to go Jim.

My question is what are the numbers compared to other cities with the same population? How can you compare year and year numbers when the year after year numbers are higher than any other similarly sized city. Its the ripe formula for mediocrity which sums this area up.

Don't make them say what % Murder went up! All part one crimes are down EXCEPT MURDER. Murder up 200% over 2009 figures.

I think these numbers are an improvement. Under Barrie, they got all excited by a 4% drop. So much of this comes back to drugs and gangs, the murders included. At least now they are making arrests of these thugs. I think Ivan Barkley and the SPD need a pat on the back for once. They are doing much better with Webster gone. A long way to go, but what do you expect after 10 years of "there are no gangs in Salisbury"?
