On November 15, 2010 at 1200 hours Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a residence in Glen Riddle for an assault in progress.
Upon arrival Deputies made contact with the suspect, later identified as Terra Nicole Rygh 30 years of age from Berlin Md. Ms. Rygh was arrested for assaulting her former boyfriend with a pair of scissors. While in transport Rygh became very agitated and attempted to release herself from her seatbelt.
Ms. Rygh was secured in a car with a prisoner shield and transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing.
Rygh was charged with 1st Degree Assault, 2nd Degree Assault, 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct, and 4 counts of Reckless Endangerment. Rygh was placed into the Worcester County Detention Center under a $25,000 bond.
