Florida's new senator-elect says both parties have been to blame for out-of-control government spending and that lawmakers owe it to the voters to make a course correction.
In the weekly Republican radio and Internet address, Marco Rubio says the midterm elections were a "loud and clear" message from voters that "enough is enough."
Rubio says it would be a mistake for Republicans to misread the election as an embrace of the GOP. He says it's actually "a second chance for Republicans to be what we said we were going to be."More
