Illegals? You tell me.
What a bunch of hillbillies! Get a clue.....not every person with a hispanic name is an illegal. Example - The Illinois Supreme Court appointed Judge Jorge L. Ortiz as a Circuit Court Judge on August 25, 2008. He served as an associate judge from 2002 until his elevation to the circuit bench.
Doesn't have to be illegals. Scum, low-life, gang members, drugs. They come by all names. Hopefully Delaware will do a better job taking them off the streets than what New York does.
