BRIEF RESUME:
On 8/29/10 at 0826AM, Cpl Grinnan responded to a motor vehicle accident at the Bethel Church Methodist Cemetery. Contact was made with John Oracio Simpson. He was identified as the driver of the vehicle (2010 Kia Sorento). Simpson was ultimately arrested for DUI/DWI as a result. Additionally, Cpl Grinnan observed marijuana in plain view inside Simpson’s vehicle. Simpson was transported to the Salisbury Barrack for processing and standard field sobriety tests. Simpson was transported to WCDC to go before a court commissioner.
