It’s an unfortunate story that we hear every summer: young children getting left in cars in the sweltering heat.
Fortunately for a Gaithersburg child, a Good Samaritan was nearby and rescued her from a hot car.
On Friday, Tom Hruska was looking for a parking spot in a garage at the Rio Entertainment Complex, but had to go all the way to the sun-soaked roof to find an opening.

OMG!!!! they dint charge this guy???? WTF???? he should have been locked up on the spot.... thank god someone found this baby.
Montgomery County is a VERY liberal county in Maryland. That place is awash with hungry lawyers, hence their reluctance to arrest people!

That baby would of died if she wasn't rescued. Would they arrest him if she died? I don't understand how a father could leave a baby in the car alone period, whether it was hot or not!
Can't rebuild your deck at home without a permit but any damn fool can reproduce....
