I guess what goes around comes around. This girl, actually Cheryl Courtney Magee, has been in many brushes with the law. Including one for knocking a boyfriend unconscious. 4 times total for assault, and once with a deadly weapon. Numerous other charges. Usually gets stet docket or probation.
The accused, pages and pages of cases. Both of them are a drain on the taxpayers and both should already be in jail.

Really have some damn common sense 9:15. It doesn't matter what her past was like who knows what this son of a B****, put her through and what was done to her. So yes they both have had their fair share of problems in the past but just this once be a little compassionate. Remember it could happen to some you love.

Unfortunatley many here in salisbury have the same mentality as 9:15 and have ther heads so far up their a***s when it comes to assaulting another. Denial doesn't make it go away, it only makes you more ignorant until it happens to someone you love. No one ever deserves to be in such a situation and then to be further victimized by people who don't know what happened is just plain cruel. You have know idea unless you've walked in those shoes,so just SHUT UP!

No one I love has been in this much trouble. Obviously you know this person, maybe you should practice some "Tough Love" and set her butt straight. I am not condoning what may have happened to her, just simply pointing out her many, many, ....... many brushes with the law. Usually when you live this type of life, it is bound to come back and get you at some point. BTW, I am a compassionate person by nature, just fed up with people getting over, not respecting other people, not following the rules, costing taxpayers money, and thinking they are entitled to my hard earned money.

Well then both of you just look at the BMW advertisement above and then tell me the over sexualization of our society doesn't play in this also.

Since when is the victim identified?

Hey 5:29, no I don't know her. Does the fact that shes had many brushes with law give him the right to beat her? You are a sicko and no better then the guy that did this to her!

You don't know what happened yet. If it was a sexual assault, her name wouldn't be released. It was probably 2 crackheads beating eachother, or something similar.

hey 8:46, I NEVER said it was okay, just pointing out facts. Now take a deap breath, and go on living life in denial. Keep advocating people not be punished for their crimes, the justice system releasing everyone without having to serve time, and this is where we end up. Reading about 2 people that have both been in enough trouble that they shouldn't even have their freedom, once again showing up in the paper for this type of stuff. Now granted, it is POSSIBLE that she was simply a victim, but it is also possible that there is more to the story. BTW, you aren't suggesting that this guy is guilty before being tried are you?
