During Barrie Tilghman's final budget meeting, Lynn Cathcart, (former City Council Member) started raising her hand wanting to be heard. It wasn't that long before that Lynn was still on Council when she yelled at a citizen, (Tim Chaney) for raising his hand in a meeting and she yelled, PUT YOUR HAND DOWN, PUT YOUR HAND DOWN YOUNG MAN! Oh, those were the days.

Gee can't imagine going home to that everyday?????
That's a nightmare that still haunts me rofl, oh and that 100 lb dog she let out on me while petitioning to stop a tax hike.
