A search of the vehicle incident to his arrest revealed several schedule II narcotic pills not prescribed him. Holyfield was charged with DUI/DWI, possession of a schedule II narcotic, possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and various other traffic charges. A 17 year old female passenger who was in the vehicle with him was charged with underage possession of alcohol, possession of a schedule II narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia. There lucky they are not dead. A head on wreck on the bypass most certainly resulted in serious injuries or deaths. Thanks Troopers. Keep up the good work.
