Dover Police have arrested homicide suspect Isiah W. McCoy,22. He was wanted by the state police for the shooting death of James Jeffrey Munford, 30, of Salisbury, MD.
Dover Police arrested McCoy last evening, May 22, 2010, at 6 p.m. Dover Police arrested McCoy on Barrister Place off of North Little Creek Rd. in Dover City.
McCoy was charged with Murder 1st, Robbery 1st, Kidnapping, Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited, Conspiracy and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission.
He was committed to the Department of Correction without bail.
