I remember your post most vividly -warning the general public about the looming housing debt crisis.
Upon scanning the local Daily Times advertising section today, I couldn't help but to notice the staggering number of foreclosure sales which are slated latter this month at the Wicomico County Courthouse. These homes are everywhere - (Mt Hermon Chruch Road, Oakdale, Light Street, Rockawalkin - on and on).
Also another notorious television celebrity - Jim Craemer - said on his national TV show - Mad Man Creamer - that his advice for those of you who bought residential or commercial property in 2005 or latter - his advice is to take a walk and let the property go back to the bank.
In fact, he said;
"If you were in my economics 101 class and you didn't take my advice then I would flunk you and give you a failing grade"
THAT IS POWERFUL LANGUAGE!!
