ACCUSED: Ricky Lynn Davis, Berlin, MD, 52 YOA

BRIEF RESUME: On the above date and time, Tpr. Moore stopped a vehicle on U. S. Route 50 for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, Ricky Davis, Tpr. Moore detected an odor of marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. Further investigation led the trooper to discover bags of marijuana, a bag of cocaine, and smoking devices on Davis’ person. Davis was subsequently arrested and transported to Wicomico County Detention Center where he is awaiting disposition before a district commissioner.
