Hey Joe - why is do you think that Mr. Bryant Airport Manager made the decision last night to have SBY airport open? Even the Governor said on the news yesterday that anyone with any common sense would not be out on the road. So Mr. Bryant decides to inform USAIR that he would definitely have the runway cleared by the first scheduled departure at 1000 today which in turn forced USAIR and TSA employees to drive to the airport in this mess. The airport parking lot for employees is not plowed - about 1 1/2 feet of snow in it right now and the employee lot is not plowed. The runway is a mess also. So why not make the decision to close SBY when PHL and BWI are closed? He himself put the lives of employees and passengers at risk, for what?
And about 5 ounces short of a full glass.
