Purchasing Parking Spaces

To County Council Members

I am writing this as a concerned Wicomico County Tax Payer. A responsible physical conservite in spending money. I believe that Politians and Public Servants should be the same frame of mind since they are spending others money. I am going to attempt to attend the next meeting but that depends on my working schedule. I am requesting this email be introduced on the record so it is recorded as in opposition to the purchase of the old mall for additional parking. I have listed a viable solution that should be intiated. I know it is well within the powers of the Council and the County Executive. This process has been used against me without hesitation and your "GOOD OLE BOYS" ARE NO BETTER.

I have the perfect idea since it will be used for the betterment of the Community - Public Use. They use it on property owners to take their homes and businesses for this reason. It is emminent domain. If the owners owe the County money for any reason or violated the contract agreement when they purchased this land, then the County has two reasons and should condemn the property and take it through emminent domain. The County would only have to pay the difference from what is owed and a true value assesment, the same criteria as used for home / business owners, by the State. They might get it for nothing while the owners debt to the County will be reduced. The County will have to take less of a loss because they might reach that type of agreement since the "GOOD OLE BOYS" are involved.

Eminent Domain, also known as Condemnation, is the process by which a Governmentel or Quasi - Governmental Agency takes private property for a Public use

My question is: What is a responsible physical conservite?

With a tort file the length of yours, I would hardly call you responsible.

Eminent Domain = Legal Theft

After consideration of this suggestion, I don't think it would make any difference. With emanate domain, the county would be required to pay "fair market value" for the property anyway, and while that may be considerably less than the current price tag, it would come solely out of the county budget without any state funding.

physical conservite? This post has credibility.

Perhaps they meant Fiscal Conservative. Regardless if it isn't necessary for the constitutionally intended purpose - it's theft by the govt. at gunpoint.

anon 10:30 you don't know me or you would not have posted a fabricated comment. I do misspell at times and so does every body because nobody is perfect.
