Get somebody with a better modulated voice and good pronunciation skills to do the video opening. The present one is hard to understand and doesn't give that good first impression.

Change your wardrobe. A lot of people are turned off by a guy with a black suit and shirt and a white tie. It reminds them of gangsters, and a gangster is not what you want to be looking like to sell something to someone. It's an okay outfit for a club, but not for selling, unless you're in northern NJ. And lose the sunglasses on the head.

Good luck with the next showing.

11:17 AM: you, my buddy, are a hater. period. christian & adam did a fabulous job on this. & to top it all of, they are both quite wealthy. christian, you wear the black suit well. you could have been in jeans & a t shirt, it wouldn't matter. personally, thinking back to when i've met with realtors and looked at homes, i cant even remember what my real estate agent was wearing.

I think that this house is over priced and ugly

Gee, didn't know that it was perfect, they're perfect and that they're rich and talented, too.

I take it all back. He can wear black on black, and have an announcer that sounds like he's on quaaludes and has a mouthful of peanut butter.

Fantastic job!
Just fantastic!
And don't forget to overvalue the whole presentation for tax purposes.

@11:17am
whats wrong with looking gangster? thats a joke actually. The way salisbury is looking though, i much rather buy a house from someone looking "gangster" rather than "gangsta". But at the same time, you got to remember, its salisbury...just becuase someone dresses "gangster" doesnt mean they are "gangster" actually, you know what...forgetaboutit..
