It seems the Town of Delmar made sure that the McGuire's knew the Wildcats won in a big way by making very sure the horns and sirens from the 3 mile long parade/escort home was heard across Delmarva, especially in front of the McGuire's home.
The media ho Tom McGuire made sure WBOC came out and covered his issues with the noise factor and quite frankly they made a complete fool out of the fool. Oh well, he wanted all the attention, he got it.
Well, no matter what, the McGuire's were made to feel like they were a part of the celebration and got exactly what they deserved. Just like I hear the bells from the Salvation Army when I go to bed at night, the McGuire's will be hearing sirens and horns well into their sleep this evening and that's just too funny!
Oh, by the way Tom & Nikki, Brooke Mulford is alive and well. HONK, HONK!

Tom McGuire was standing on the corner of Chestnut and BiState Blvd waving as the cars paraded by. I guess he figures if he can't beat em', join em! Great game Delmar Wildcats!
What can you do? Tom, maybe you can be the mayor someday if you change your ways. But that would be the mayor of whoville. I wished we could run a parade by your house everynight you loser.
any truth to the kids not having school tomorrow??? My kids got home from the game and said they are closing school tomorrow. I work at Movie Gallery and heard the firetrucks and knew we won....Great Job Guys!!!

Yes, there ia no school tomorrow. BTW- the DFD fire trucks would have been there for our kids no matter what the score of the game was. That's how we do things in Delmar.
It was a win win for all.
At least we did it before 10:00 PM so no laws have been broken. But now we let school out because of this. What is most important here a Delmar football win or an education? Without an education we are still just a bunch of hicks.
Screw TOM he is nothing to this town with or without him here we'll all be just fine and he had SOME nerve standing on that street corner waving if i was in that parade i would have giving him the finger the whole way past and threw eggs at him!!!!
