In response to the previous idiot's comment, you could hire 20 more police officers for the next 10 academy classes and it still is not going to stop crime. Salisbury is not the same place it was twenty years ago. It has changed for the worse. I am in my fifties and have lived in Wicomico County my entire life, so I know. When you have a major influx of people move to a particular area, you get the bad along with the good. If you want to blame someone for the crime in Salisbury, then blame the dummies who continually strive to make it like Baltimore, or blame the judges who continually let people off with a slap on the wrist. The police are not the problem.
